SUPPLIERS CLERK – TABLE VIEW – R12,000 per month

This position ideally suits someone who has previously worked in the plumbing / building industry.

ESSENTIAL FOR THIS POSITION

• Must have minimum of 2 – 3 years previous experience
• Must have passed matric with accountancy as a subject
• Must be computer literate, especially with Excel, and can draw up spreadsheets and use basic formula’s
• Must have Pastel experience
• Must be strong on reconciliations including Intercompany processing
• Must have contactable references
• Must be prepared to work ‘standby weekends’ on a rotational basis

ADVANTAGEOUS FOR THIS POSITION

• An accounting / bookkeeping qualification will be a strong advantage
• Job-Sys experience is an advantage
• Preference will be given to persons living in the Table View area

GENERAL

Based in Table View.  Your working hours will be 7:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.  In addition, you will be required to do standby duties approx. 2x per month - during which time you will manage the 24-hour standby cell phone - taking calls, logging jobs, and coordinating teams.
