• Manage daily store operations to ensure efficient and profitable performance.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate store staff to achieve sales and service targets.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Oversee stock control, inventory management, and replenishment processes.
• Conduct regular stock counts and minimise stock losses and shrinkage.
• Manage cash handling, banking procedures, and daily reconciliations.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet company standards.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance and productivity.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Analyse store reports and prepare performance feedback for management.
• Coordinate promotions and marketing activities to maximise store performance.
• Maintain security procedures and safeguard company assets.
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage customer retention.
