Drivers Licence

DUTIES:
· Manage daily store operations to ensure efficient and profitable performance.
· Lead, supervise, and motivate store staff to achieve sales and service targets.
· Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
· Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
· Oversee stock control, inventory management, and replenishment processes.
· Conduct regular stock counts and minimise stock losses and shrinkage.
· Manage cash handling, banking procedures, and daily reconciliations.
· Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet company standards.
· Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
· Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance and productivity.
· Monitor compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures.
· Analyse store reports and prepare performance feedback for management.
· Coordinate promotions and marketing activities to maximise store performance.
· Maintain security procedures and safeguard company assets.
· Build strong relationships with customers and encourage customer retention.
