SPA SUPERVISOR - Luxury Lodge 

LOCATION: Luxury Lodge - Pilanesberg Region | North-West Province (South Africa)

REPORT TO: Ops Manager / Lodge GM

START: January 2026

EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Full-time / Permanent

TRADING HOURS & SHIFS:

• Monday - Sunday (shifts based on seasonal demand)
• 3-weeks ON / 1-week OFF rotation

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• R10,000+ Basic per month (Neg - Based on experience)
• Retail Commission (R1+)
• Services Commission (R1+)
• Single, semi-furnished accommodation with kitchenette & private bathroom

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Qualified Spa & Beauty professional
2. CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC etc.
3. Prior lodge or cruise ship employment required - ability to work away from home (remote location)
4. Minimum of 5+ years spa/salon experience after graduation
5. Proficient in general spa admin including Cash Up, Daily Reports, Stock Management, Retail & Target Implementation, Marketing & Guest Relationships
6. Natural leader - able to manage a medium sized team (average 5 spa therapists)
7. Able to perform therapies where operationally required
8. Excellent client relationship building
9. Professionally groomed, presentable and representing the spa, lodge and company image
10. Ms Excel, Outlook & Booking systems confident.
