SPA & WELLNESS THERAPIST

STELLENBOSCH - Cape Winelands (South Africa)

START: 01 May 2026

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday to Sunday
• 08:00 - 17:00 / 09:00 - 18:00 (rotate)
• 1x Weekend (Sat & Sun) OFF per month + Days off in the week
• Annual Leave

REPORTS TO: SPA Manager / Managing Director

EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Full time / Permanent

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• R8,500 - R10,000 Basic Salary per month (negotiable based on desired skills & experience)
• Service Commission (targeted)
• Retail Commission (targeted)
• Performance Incentives

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. South African national based in Stellenbosch
2. Confident speaking English & Afrikaans
3. DIPLOMA Somatology / Health & Skin Care / Cosmetology / Beauty Therapy (minimum 2-year diploma)
4. CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC or similar internationally accredited
5. Skilled and confident to perform:

• Facials (including Advanced & Deep Cleanse with extractions)
• Body Therapies (including Scrubs, Wraps, Spa Therapies)
• Manicure & Pedicure with gel polish and nail polish
• Massage Therapies
• Slimming & Wellness Therapist

EXPERIENCE:

1. 1. At least TWO years post-graduation experience working in a SPA / Cruise Ship
   2. BONUS - holistic therapies qualification
