3. Strategy & Policies definition & implementation :  Implement and apply the local customer services policy.
4. Data management & SC monitoring :  Ensure performance of their activity (follow up globally) 
5. Transport plan (logistics flows) :  Organize and optimize transport.

Issue transport orders.

Follow the shipment up to delivery.

1. Sales order management :  Manage a client portfolio

Register the orders

Follow production and allocate product batches on the orders.

Issue shipping documents.

1. Claims management :  Receive and register claims according to the issue (transport or quality).

Prepare answers and issue the relevant credit note. 

1. Internal customers relationships :  Update customer on order status.

Ensure customer requests are handled.

1. Quality, continuous improvement & compliance :   In order to handle risks :

Ensure and control with the regulation manager, planner that orders are compliant with local regulations and customer requests before shipment.

Ensure that all conditions regarding customers (prepayment, risk, licence) are met before shipment.

Ensure that packing and marking comply with customer and international regulations.

Ensure that export documents are prepared in accordance with the international regulations.

Register the new customer accounts.
