Our client is looking for a Senior Bonds Secretary to join their Pretoria office. This is an urgent vacancy with an ideal start date as soon as possible to allow for a handover period. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing FNB Commercial Property Finance bonds and cancellations, ensuring seamless processing and client service.

You will be responsible for:

• Attending to FNB Commercial Property Finance bond registrations and cancellations
• Ensuring compliance with FNB’s processing guidelines and internal procedures
• Liaising professionally with banks, clients, and attorneys to facilitate transactions
• Preparing and managing bond documents and securities accurately and efficiently
• Handling administrative tasks related to bond matters with precision
• Prioritising files effectively and managing workload under pressure
• Maintaining high standards of client service and communication
