SIGNAGE ESTIMATOR
REQUIREMENTS:
• Grade 12 with Maths and/or Accounting.
• 3–5 years estimating experience (signage preferred).
• Relevant diploma/degree (advantageous).
• Computer literate: Odoo, MS Office, CorelDRAW, AutoCAD (beneficial).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Accurately estimate costs, materials, and labour based on project specs.
• Analyse labour, material, and time requirements to compute costs.
• Assist in preparing tenders, contracts, budgets, and related documents.
• Track design/installation changes and adjust budgets accordingly.
• Coordinate with contractors/subcontractors and manage outwork allowances.
• Source materials and optimize production methods.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage sub-contractor and team expenses (e.g., travel).
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and financial acumen.
• Proficient in MS Excel; able to read technical drawings.
• Clear communication, both verbal and written.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and time management skills.
• Reliable, adaptable, and positive with excellent follow-up.
