SHOWROOM Manager -high-end luxury Furnishing & Finishes

Sandon - Johannesburg

SALARY: R35 000 - R42 000 Incl Commission & Benefit's.

Provider of high-end architectural design furniture, fabrics, textiles, and luxury homeware. This role seeks a dynamic individual with a blend of sales proficiency, operational insight, and a keen understanding of interior design to drive showroom success.

• National Senior Certificate a Must .

• Certification in Sales & Marketing or Interior Design considered a strong advantage.

• 3+ years of retail showroom sales experience demonstrated through revenue growth and client retention metrics.

• Minimum 2 years in people management, measured by employee engagement surveys and performance evaluations.

• Proven ability to coordinate shop operations, tracked by efficiency improvements in store workflow.

• Experience with interior design, décor, and fabrics, assessed through project completions, client satisfaction, and trend awareness.

Skills & Knowledge KPI Metrics:

• Sales and customer service expertise, tracked through conversion rates, customer satisfaction scores, and repeat business.

• Negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, measured by deal closures and client feedback.

• Fluent English proficiency, assessed via written reports and verbal communication standards.

• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems, monitored through system efficiency and reporting accuracy.

• Experience in branding, public relations, and campaign implementation, gauged by marketing impact, audience engagement, and campaign ROI.

Duties & Performance KPIs:

• Sales Growth: Monthly and yearly revenue targets achieved.

• Showroom Management: Store presentation, organization, and customer experience ratings.

• Customer Relationship Building: Retention rates, client loyalty programs success.

• Team Development: Employee performance improvement, training success rates, and staff retention.
