SUMMARY:
We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented SHE Supervisor to drive health, safety, and hygiene compliance. The role is responsible for ensuring legal adherence, fostering a strong safety culture, maintaining high hygiene standards in the packhouse, and preparing for internal and external audits.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Grade 12 (relevant diploma in Safety/Risk Management or SAMTRAC advantageous)
Experience in citrus, agriculture, or food processing industry beneficial
Strong computer skills (MS Office)
Ability to lead and promote a positive safety culture
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple processes
Able to work independently and under pressure
