JOB DESCRIPTION:

A leading experiential travel and yacht expedition specialist company is looking for a SEO and Content Marketing Assistant to join their team on a freelance project basis for up to three months. There is scope to extend the position should opportunities allow.

This position will work closely with the key members of their marketing team to deliver on key areas of their SEO plan.

Core Responsibilities

Support their digital marketing team in delivering key areas of their SEO plan to drive quality organic impressions, traffic and conversions
Completing on page optimisations for target keywords
Identify, research and write short-form and long-form SEO content for all company websites
Support in tracking SEO performance metrics to refine plans
Ensure all work adheres to the company brand guidelines

Personal Specification

Strong analytical and digital skills or proven passion
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
Team player who is also comfortable leading on responsibilities independently
Able to work remotely

Experience and Qualifications

Must have a minimum of one years’ experience within a digital marketing position or content marketing position, preferably with time spent on SEO
Strong copywriting skills to produce engaging, accurate and SEO friendly content for diverse audiences
Preferred luxury or travel sector experience
Experience with WordPress preferred, but confidence in an alternate CMS is acceptable
Degree in marketing or related field
