SEO Specialist - Media

SUMMARY:
Ability to code in HTML, CSS and PHP

POSITION INFO:

Introduction:

My client in the Media Industry is looking for a SEO Specialist. This role is responsible for delivering SEO technical audits, competitor analysis, keyword research, guiding content strategies (in the context of SEO) and developing link building strategies across our client base.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to code in HTML, CSS and PHP 

Knowledge / Skills:

• Excellent experience and understanding of SEO and social, including current developments
• Ability to code in HTML, CSS and PHP 
• Web developer background desirable (MySQL, JavaScript, system admin, SVN/repository knowledge)
• Understanding of client-side analytics packages highly desirable (Omniture, Coremetrics, GA)
• Good knowledge of overall online marketing mix including PPC and Display
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Agency, Media Owner or Client-Side experience essential
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
