SUMMARY:
The Security Manager will be responsible for safeguarding staff, students, assets, and facilities. The role involves developing and implementing security strategies, managing service providers, and ensuring compliance with all security, health, and safety requirements.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

PSIRA Grade A Certification (essential).
5+ years in a security management role, preferably in residential/property management.
Experience managing security contracts and providers.
Knowledge of Health & Safety and emergency procedures.
Valid driver’s license.
Tertiary qualification in Security Management (advantageous).
Risk assessment and incident response capability.
Ability to manage projects and security audits effectively.
