SD & EUC Graduate Intern

SUMMARY:
We are partnering with a leading organisation to source top-tier Graduate Interns for their Service Desk (SD) and End-User Computing (EUC) teams. This is an on-site, full-time opportunity in Pretoria, ideal for recent graduates who are ready to gain real-world experience across core IT service areas — including Networks, Desktop Support, Server Support, and Service Desk operations.

You’ll be immersed in a structured, fast-paced IT environment where you’ll get hands-on exposure to key technical support functions.

Beyond technical skills, we want individuals who bring enthusiasm, curiosity, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow. This is more than just an internship — it’s a stepping stone to a successful IT career.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
• National Diploma or Degree in an Infrastructure -related field (e.g. Systems Development, Computer Systems Engineering, Networks, Communication Systems etc.)
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Willing and able to work on-site in Pretoria
• Additional certifications will give you a competitive edge eg. Cisco Networking Academy Certifications (CCNA etc.); Microsoft Certifications (Microsoft 365, Azure Fundamentals etc.); CompTIA Certifications (A+, N+, Security + etc.); ITIL Foundation Certifications

• Respond to and resolve support tickets effectively and efficiently
• Communicate professionally with both users and stakeholders
• Understand and support the range of applications and systems in the environment
