We're looking for a people-loving parts pro who can talk torque and seal the deal! As our go-to Auto Parts Salesperson, youâll keep the sales engine revving through calls, chats, and killer customer serviceâwhile juggling stock, tills, and trends like a boss. Your mission? Keep our clients happy, our shelves full, and our sales booming!

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable automotive parts
Provide accurate product information (specifications, features, and benefits)
Process sales orders and ensure correct parts selection and timely fulfilment
Assist in maintaining inventory levels and stock control
Handle customer queries and provide professional after-sales support
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Collect payments and ensure compliance with company policies
Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and technologies

Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12
Minimum 3 yearsâ experience as a Salesperson (auto parts industry a must)
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure
