POSITION INFO:

SALES REPRESENTATIVE/ EAST LONDON – Our Client is looking for a driven, people-first sales professional who thrives on building meaningful customer relationships and delivering consistent results in a fast-moving consumer goods environment. As a Sales Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients

Minimum requirements

Tertiary qualification in Sales and Marketing or a related field

Must have valid Driver’s license, AND own reliable vehicle

Minimum 3-5 years' practical experience in an FMCG sales environment

Demonstrated ability to manage and nurture long-term client relationships

Proficiency in analysing sales data and producing clear, insightful reports

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Valid driver's licence, roadworthy vehicle and willingness to travel within the designated territory

Computer literate with working knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office

Key responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts with a focus on retention and satisfaction

Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned to company targets

Conduct regular client visits and product reviews

Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Compile accurate, timely sales reports for management review

Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

Resolve client queries and escalations promptly and professionally

Salary – Basic salary, Fuel allowance, Commission, Cellphone allowance
