Our client in the building and hardware sector selling stones and counter tops.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

An opportunity has arisen in a successful growing business in the Verulam area, for an experienced Sales Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Manage sales team and ensure all targets are met
Improve and drive sales.
Mentor and coach employees
Creatively solve dilemmas.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
ongoing training of your salespeople.
Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
Promoting the business and its products.
Targeting and attacking new markets

Minimum Requirements:

Qualification in related field
5 years’ experience in a similar role.

Required Competencies:

Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Experience managing and directing a sales team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Dedication to providing great customer service.
Ability to lead a sales team.
Must be a passionate person.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday – 7:30 – 4:30
Saturday – 7:30 – 12:30
