SALES MANAGER

Main duties
 Head up and/or maintain sales team to take on new company prospects and business.
Generate new business, follow up with leads given, distribute leads and maintain a relationship with current client base.
Grow the client base as well as the company GP.
Ensure own and team targets are met.
New Business/ Direct Sales
Reporting on sales statistic and customer feedback and team performance to CEO level.
Set up sales plans and strategies and ensure it is monitored and implemented accordingly.
Ensure company`s budgets are being met.
Submit info for budget planning.
 
Customer Services
Meet with Clients to assist with any queries.
Driving of customer service, and always looking for new ways to interact with customers and deliver better service.
Maintaining a relationship with clients to ensure an easy upgrade/ renewal of contract.
Ensure customer delivery is being met, by working closely with the service department and understanding the process.
 
 
Staff Management
Checking and assisting team with paperwork. (quotes, invoicing, contract, etc…)
Manage the recruitment of new sales team.
Manage all training for sales staff.
Manage the discipline for sales staff.
 
Requirements
Sales experience min 5 years
Management experience min 2 years
Industry experience is highly beneficial
Technical background (A good understanding of PC`s, Copiers and Telephone systems)
Good track record of achieving targets and making commission
Well-presented and professional image
High energy with an extroverted, confident personality
Matric as minimum education
Further education is a huge benefit
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
