SALES FORCE EFFECTIVENESS CO-ORDINATOR (Pharmaceutical)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A dynamic pharma company is seeking an experienced, goal driven Sales force effectiveness coordinator to join their sales team.

Responsible for the data management systems (Repwise, SSD, Impact RX and IMS) and admnistration of the Sales Department.

Requirements

Matric
Sales/Marketing qualification
Knowledge of IMS, Repwise, SSD and Impact RX.
Minimum 2 to 5 years Sales force effectiveness related data management experience

Key Performance areas:

Customer Service

Repwise & SSD Management System

Check daily sales report to monitor daily sales and assist with problems.
Daily/Weekly sales data to be shared with the teams
Checked planned VS actual reports to assist with correct customer allocations
Updating of data management systems (Repwise, SSD, Impact RX)

Attend to changes on SSD database requested by Management
Ensure customers are allocated correctly
Sort out any queries
Facilitate wholesalers data

IMS and Impact RX Reports

Updating of data management systems (IMS, Impact RX)
IMS/Impact RX monthly and quarterly analysis
Identifying potential customers
