SUMMARY:
A boutique accounting firm focused on servicing substantial international clientele are looking for a qualified Professional Accountant to join their team. In this role you will manage your own portfolio of clients across outsourced accounting, tax, and payroll. This is an ideal opportunity for a practical accountant seeking broad exposure and real responsibility.

POSITION INFO:

Take full ownership of a portfolio of outsourced accounting clients across multiple industries
Prepare complete accounting records from source documents through to trial balance
Process and review journals, reconciliations, and monthâend close activities
Prepare annual financial statements in line with relevant standards
Handle payroll processing, PAYE, VAT, and other statutory submissions
Manage and review client tax compliance and liaise with external tax authorities where required
Respond to technical queries from external auditors and reviewers
Ensure accuracy, speed, and attention to detail across all client deliverables
Work closely with senior management on complex accounting issues
Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff and future trainees
Engage with clients professionally across different industries and cultures
Operate independently while contributing positively to a small, highâperformance team

Skills & Experience:
Strong handsâon accounting experience in an outsourced or professional services environment
Proven ability to prepare full sets of accounts and financial statements independently
Sound working knowledge of VAT, PAYE, payroll, and basic tax compliance
High attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
Confident working independently while managing multiple client deadlines
Strong communication skills and a professional, clientâfocused approach
Completed SAIPA articles and eligible to register PA(SA)

Qualification:
SAIPAâaccredited articles completed and signed off OR recently registered Professional Accountant
