About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Rubber Trimmer Machine Operator to join our Manufacturing team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining rubber trimming machines to ensure the production of high-quality rubber products.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up and operate rubber trimming machines according to production guidelines
• Monitor machine operations to ensure efficiency and quality output
• Inspect and measure finished products to verify conformance to specifications
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Skills and Qualifications

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 45-50kgs
• Mechanical Aptitude: Basic knowledge of machinery and hand tools
• Technical Skills: Ability to read work orders, specifications, and use measuring tools
• Safety Adherence: Strict adherence to occupational health and safety regulations
