Roadside Assistant  -  East Rand - Gauteng

POSITION INFO:
Are you passionate about cars and enjoy helping people in tough situations? Join our dynamic team as a Roadside Assistance Technician and be the hero on the highway!

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to vehicle breakdowns and roadside emergencies.
• Diagnose and resolve minor mechanical and electrical issues on-site.
• Jump-start vehicles, change flat tyres, unlock vehicles, and refuel when necessary.
• Tow vehicles when repairs cannot be completed on-site.
• Communicate clearly with clients and dispatch for efficient service delivery.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive repairs or roadside assistance.
• Valid driver’s license (Code 08/10) and clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and be on call.
