POSITION INFO:

Manage the Financial Risk and Compliance department and team

Reviewing field work and compiling reports for management

Preparing the annual work plan for the department and managing performance to plan

Designing, developing and implementing procedures

Preparing an annual budget for the department

Skills & Experience:

SAICA Articles

Minimum 3-6 years’ experience in a similar role

Team management experience

Strategic ability

Understanding of human and organisational behavior

Qualification:

B.com Accounting or similar

CIA advantageous
