POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

• Produce detailed civil engineering drawings for roads, sewer, water, stormwater, fiber, and associated infrastructure projects
• Develop and maintain accurate CAD and BIM models using industry-standard software
• Prepare project drawings using standard templates, title blocks, scaling conventions, and layering systems
• Update and revise drawings based on engineering feedback and project requirements
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency of drawings and models
• Manage drawing documentation, version control, and project file organization
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure efficient project delivery
• Support multiple projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Skills & Experience:
• 0-3 years' experience in civil engineering drafting or modelling

• 0-3 years' experience in civil engineering drafting or modelling
• Exposure to a consulting engineering environment advantageous
• Knowledge of municipal infrastructure services including roads, sewer, water, stormwater, and fibre networks
• Ability to interpret engineering designs and produce accurate technical drawings
• Experience with CAD and BIM software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Revit advantageous
• Familiarity with drawing management systems and version control processes

• National Diploma, Certificate, or studies towards Civil Engineering, Draughting, or a related field
• CAD and/or BIM software certification advantageous
• Valid driver's license
