POSITION INFO:
Duties:

• 🔹 Developing precise Revit models for wet services, including plumbing, drainage, fire protection, and water supply systems.
• 🔹 Collaborating closely with Engineers and Architects to produce coordinated and clash-free designs.
• 🔹 Ensuring compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
• 🔹 Generating detailed construction drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• 🔹 Reviewing and refining designs to improve efficiency and sustainability.

• ✅ 3+ years of experience in wet services drafting using Revit.
• ✅ Strong understanding of MEP systems, building codes, and design principles.
• ✅ Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• ✅ Problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• ✅ Team player with great communication skills.
