SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled Revit / BIM Modeller to join a dynamic structural engineering team in Durban. This role offers involvement in highâend commercial, residential, and industrial building projects, with exposure to a wide range of complex structural designs.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

Produce highâquality structural models and drawings using Revit
Assist engineers in the development of BIM models, technical details, and project documentation
Coordinate with the structural engineering team to ensure accurate interpretation of design requirements
Support project delivery by maintaining updated models throughout all design stages
Participate in project meetings and assist with design coordination
Contribute to project planning and maintain project documentation in line with BIM standards

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2–5 years’ relevant experience as a Structural Revit / BIM Modeller
Solid and proven exposure to Revit software (essential)
Strong project management and organisational skills
Competent experience working on building structures, including:
Large retail shopping centres
Commercial office buildings with deep basements
Highârise apartment buildings
Residential developments and luxury homes
Industrial distribution centres and factories
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a multiâdisciplinary environment

Qualification:

BSc or BTech in Civil Engineering

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
