Revenue Assurance Administrator - Johannesburg

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key roles and responsibilities:

vComparisons on billing data to ensure all updates are correctly processed and interfaced.

vEnsure all errors and discrepancies are corrected.

vManage the daily interface list, including investigation and correction of errors.

vLogging of requests for technical interventions and enhancements.

vTesting of system changes that are made.

vAd hoc revenue quality assurance projects and reporting.

vValidation and processing of pricing requests within agreed Service Level Agreement.

vAssisting with maintenance of pricing tables including price increases.

vAccurate and timely preparation and processing of month-end files, journals and reconciliations.

Qualifications, Experience & Competencies Required:

vDegree in Accounting.

vStrong Excel and MS Access proficiency.

vMinimum 5 years’ experience in an annuity / subscription billing environment.

vStrong analytical skills.

vHigh level of attention to detail.

vProblem solving skills.

vStrong communication skills.

vResults Orientation.

vDeadline Driven.

vInitiative.

vTime management.

vAbility to work under pressure.
