An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Revenue & Collections Specialist
to join a high-performing team based in Johannesburg East. This role is perfect for a commercially minded professional who enjoys working with clients, managing complex billing processes, and ensuring revenue is accurately recorded, collected, and reported.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

B.Com Degree
SAIPA or SAICA Articles advantageous
Relevant experience within revenue control, debtors, billings, or customer account management
Strong client-facing experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
Professional communication and interpersonal skill.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of invoicing.
Monitor and maintain customer accounts, resolving billing queries and discrepancies efficiently.
Oversee debtors management and collections, ensuring outstanding accounts are followed up professionally.
Reconcile customer accounts and revenue-related transactions.
Prepare revenue reports and analyses to support business decision-making.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact for account-related matters.
