POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

• Must have 3 – 5 years’ experience in Retirement Home or Village Management
• Proven ability to manage a team of 4 staff members and a Maintenance Supervisor
• Experience in working with elderly residents essential
• Minimum age of 50 years required
• Knowledge of Finance and Budgeting advantageous
• Experience in Basic Maintenance and Facility Management essential
• Sectional Title knowledge required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License and own Transport required
• Contactable References required

Salary Structure:

• Monthly Salary Package up to R 20 000 negotiable based on experience
