POSITION INFO:

Due to expansion, we now have several vacancies available in one of our most popular offices based in Pinetown, Durban. Experience in a sales and call centre environment is a non-negotiable requirement. 

We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic call centre agents to join our incredible team. You will need to be determined and motivated to succeed and progress within our business. 

This role will give you the opportunity to develop and maintain a long and successful career within our business.

The role involves selling products over the phone to pre-existing customers throughout South Africa. Once you have mastered and understand all the fundamentals of the business, you will have the opportunity for growth into a leadership role. 

Non-negotiable requirements:

• Sales experience
• Hardworking
• Passionate and motivated
• Outgoing and friendly
• Immaculate communication skills
• Fluency in English and an additional language  
• Matric certificate, NQF level 4 or higher
• South African Identity document
