Multinational organization is looking for a Retention Specialist Consultant!

POSITION INFO:

Global organisation are specialists in payment solutions and payment services into large, medium and small companies in multiple countries in Africa. This fantastic company is looking for a Retention Specialist Consultant to assist with current clients and engagement with clients. Responsibilities include: Calls on a variety of customers and builds strong business relationships expand and maintain on current account books and clients. Dealing with current clients on inquiries and assisting with solutions that the company offers.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Completed qualification
3 years minimum relevant experience in sales, marketing and customer relationships.
Sufficient knowledge of banking environment and payments solutions will be an added advantage.
Remote working capabilities is essential.
