Overview:

Based within a local, privately owned retail company in East London, our client is seeking a manager who operates with an entrepreneurial mindset, taking ownership of the store's success as if it were their own business.

Responsibilities:

• Operations: Managing daily opening/closing, cash-ups, and bank deposits.
• Financial Performance: Handling store budgets, maximizing profitability, and meeting sales targets.
• Inventory: Overseeing pricing and stock control.
• Customer Excellence: Maintaining a high-standard customer-focused environment by resolving queries and complaints efficiently.
• Staff Management: Recruiting, training, supervising, and appraising staff.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Previous experience within similar role essential.
• Previous experience within retail / clothing environment (advantageous)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Own vehicle advantageous
