Key Responsibilities: Sales Support & Administration

• Collaborate with retailer category buyers on product and promotional deals.
• Ensure accurate documentation, quality checks, and timely approvals.
• Maintain and update price lists, customer lists, and product catalogs.
• Manage annual price increases and ensure proper distribution across all channels.
• Generate weekly retail sales reports for review.
• Conduct market research and competitive pricing analysis.
• Prepare key metric reports for internal team meetings.
• Coordinate with retailers’ management on marketing goals and activities.
• Assist in CO-AD/CO-OP discussions, agreements, and contracts.
• Organize and execute brand guidelines, budgets, and marketing timelines with retailers.
• Manage advertising promotions, retail broadsheets, and marketing contracts.
• Oversee and update Customer (Retailer-Vendor) Online Portals.
• Maintain and update Sales & Marketing department documentation.
• Prepare and file tender documents.
• Handle customer queries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Provide technical support to merchandisers, coordinate store visits, and stock checks.
• Create compelling product and sales presentations for customer meetings.

Marketing Support

• Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars.
• Schedule and monitor social media content and campaign performance.
• Assist the design team with artwork concepts and digital content.
• Support the planning and execution of ATL, BTL, and CRM marketing campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Assist in the production of marketing materials (catalogs, social media posts, and advertising content).
• Liaise with sales agents, merchandising teams, wholesalers, and retail partners to execute marketing activities.

What They're Looking For:

• Relevant qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Sales/Marketing Administration role (FMCG experience preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
