â Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing sales team
ð Drive new business acquisition and exceed sales targets
ð¤ Mentor graduates and emerging sales talent
ð¼ Build strong relationships with business clients
ð Analyse performance and implement winning sales strategies
ð Create a high-energy, results-driven sales culture

ð WE'RE LOOKING FOR

â 3–5 years' sales experience within Banking, Financial Services or Merchant Acquiring
â Minimum 2 years' experience leading or coaching a sales team
â Strong B2B sales and business development experience
â A motivating leader with exceptional coaching skills
â Commercially driven with a passion for developing people
