Retail Sales Consultant

SUMMARY:
Our client, a luxury jewellery brand, is seeking a refined, client-focused Sales Consultant & Client Experience Specialist to join their team and work closely with the Head of Sales.
This role sits at the heart of the client journey — supporting sales while delivering an exceptional, high-touch experience from first interaction through to collection. The successful candidate will combine sales support, client care, and studio hosting within a premium, service-driven environment.

• Previous experience in luxury retail, jewellery, or high-end client service
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
• Well-presented, detail-oriented, and highly organised
• Comfortable working in a client-facing, appointment-based environment
• Ability to balance sales support with exceptional service delivery
• Professional and confident in handling high-value items and clientele

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and host clients in-studio, ensuring a warm, professional, and personalised experience
• Manage client arrivals, appointments, and overall studio flow
• Serve refreshments and maintain a relaxed, premium environment
• Assist with engagement ring consultations and jewellery enquiries
• Support the Head of Sales with client follow-ups, communication, and sales administration
• Guide clients through initial product selections and answer basic product queries
• Manage jewellery collections, deliveries, and client handovers
• Handle intake and return of items for resizing, repairs, and adjustments
• Ensure all pieces are tracked, documented, and communicated clearly to clients
• Open and close the studio for client appointments
• Maintain presentation standards within the studio environment
• Assist with general day-to-day operational tasks and coordination
