Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Mjz Direct Marketing (PTY) LTD. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the retail industry. No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

-Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

-Provide product information and recommendations to customers.

-Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

-Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

-Support the team in achieving sales targets and objectives.

-Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Requirements:

-Passed High school diploma or NQFLV4 -6 Equivalent.

-SA ID / Passport .

-Must be located in Port Elizabeth or Uitenhage .

-Work Permit .

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

-Ability to work well in a team environment.

-Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

-Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
