About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to meet customer needs
• Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain store displays, stock levels, and overall cleanliness
• Support promotional campaigns and upselling initiatives
• Resolve customer queries and complaints with patience and care

• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets

Requirements
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic attitude
• Basic numeracy and computer skills
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts
