Retail Media Coordinator

SUMMARY:
One of South Africa's leading retailers is looking for a Retail Media Coordinator to join their dynamic team based in Umhlanga. This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

POSITION INFO:
Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Manage the daily operations with stores to ensure that the overall objectives, targets, execution and service standards are met.
• Key point of contact between store managers and 3rd suppliers to drive full compliance and timely rollout of campaigns.
• Ensure internal teams receive the support needed to achieve 100% in-store campaign delivery.
• Own all store communications related to campaign rollouts, installations, and updates thus ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment.
• Assist with uploading pre-generated invoices to supplier portals or submitting them via their preferred invoicing channels.
• Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure timely availability and uninterrupted supply for all campaign requirements.

• 2 years’ experience
• Experience in customer / client service / communications / administration.
• While prior experience in the Point-of-Sale (POS) store industry is beneficial, it is not essential. Strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn are equally valuable.
• Drivers Licence
• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work
