A well-established retail business in the Kraaifontein area is looking for a hands-on Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of two busy retail stores. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys taking ownership, and has the confidence to manage staff, administration and customer interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of two retail stores
• Stock control, ordering, stocktakes and system capturing
• Daily cash-ups and reconciliations
• Capturing and maintaining financial data
• Staff supervision and team management
• Handling customer and staff-related matters professionally
• General administration and ad hoc duties

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written)
• Matric Certificate
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (non-negotiable)
• Good numeracy and administrative ability
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a retail and/or administrative environment
• Stable work history with proven tenure in previous roles
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
• Must reside in the Northern Suburbs
• Well-presented with excellent communication skills
• Strong leadership ability and confidence in managing difficult situations
• Clear criminal record
