SUMMARY:
A well-established packaging company is looking for a Retail Manager for their branch in Pretoria

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Education: Matric / Degree in the following will be advantageous

Accounting and finance
Business studies
Marketing
Retail management

Minimum Experience: 4-5 years

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Maximising profits, while minimising costs
Staff motivation, training and management
Stock management and control
Sales analyse and forecasting
Deal with staffing matters such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews
Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry
Deal with other aspects of the business, such as customer service, finance, human resources, information technology, logistics or marketing
