JOB DESCRIPTION:

An established, and well rated Asset Manager has a Retail Client Services opportunity within an Investment team that offers a wide range of products across the Investment spectrum. This team requires a passionate and highly motivated individual who will be part of a team responsible for guiding clients through the asset manager’s products and processes, providing clarity on any questions or concerns they may have.

The role is Cape Town based.

In essence this role involves:

Assisting and building relationships with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
Responding promptly to customer inquiries and following up on queries where applicable
Assisting clients with processing of forms, applications and requests
Record details of enquiries, comments and complaints
Maintain customer databases
Assist in improving the environment with projects, process reviews and other enhancements

Experience & Qualifications:

BCom / BBusSc or similar university degree with a Finance or Investments leaning.
3 – 4 years’ experience in the investments industry (within client servicing).
Good knowledge and understanding of Unit Trusts.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
Comfort to take ownership and accountability, and strong attention to detail.
