SUMMARY:

Our client is looking for a Retail Butchery Supervisor to join their team.

As a Retail Butchery Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the butchery department, managing staff, maintaining quality and safety standards, controlling inventory, and providing excellent customer service. You will report to the Store Manager and work closely with the Butchery team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the butchery
• Provide training and mentorship to staff
