POSITION INFO:

Our successful Casino Restaurant Supervisors …
· build and maintain a working environment in which staff are fully trained, supportive of each other and competent
· maintain the health, hygiene and professional appearance of the restaurant area and all who work in it
· implement action plans ensuring the optimal functioning of all areas of restaurant delivery so that guests’ expectations are exceeded
· effectively manage the restaurant’s administration including meetings, action plans, preparation, menu planning and costing, equipment control, bookings and budgets
· fulfil service requirements promptly and with a positive approach
· work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards.
If you have these qualifications, join our team: Grade 12 (NQF 4); good numeracy, verbal and written English skills (NQF 4); at least two years’ experience in a similar type of position.
