We are seeking an accomplished Restaurant Manager with the structure, precision, and vision to uphold and elevate this new standard of luxury hospitality. What You’ll Do
- Oversee the full operation of the restaurant, ensuring five-star service and consistency at every touchpoint.
- Lead the team in delivering the Michelin-star chef’s vision through seamless, structured service.
- Implement strong operational systems and SOPs that set the benchmark for luxury hospitality.
- Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team committed to delivering personal and world-class service.
- Curate unique “moments of magic” for guests, rooted in the estate’s identity of heritage, wine, and art.
- Partner with culinary and wine teams to create extraordinary food and wine experiences.
- Drive efficiency, manage budgets, and ensure financial performance.
- Guarantee compliance with health, safety, and five-star operational requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a five-star, luxury restaurant or hotel dining environment.
- Strong, structured management style with proven ability to implement and sustain systems.
