Restaurant Manager

An upmarket restaurant in Hermanus is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team.

The role is to oversee and manage the overall kitchen and front of house teams and operations.

We are looking for a hands-on individual with excellent communication and organisational skills, a leader, stable and able to perform under pressure.

Minimum requirements:

• At least 4 to 6 years previous experience in managing busy restaurant operations.
• Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
• Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Hands-on approach to day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Daily administrative and financial duties, and monthly reporting.
• Regular presence on the restaurant floor during service to ensure smooth operations.

Remuneration R20 000 – R22 000 per month.
