We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Restaurant manager.

About you:

A positive and ambitious mindset
Self-motivation and a passion for hospitality
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience in a previous high customer turnover restaurant
Management experience, including staff training & hygiene

Responsibilities:

Well presented with a focus on customer service
Food quality control
Stock orders
Restaurant cleanliness and check lists
Stock takes - investigate and eliminate variances
Staff rosters and time keeping
Staff training
Opening and closing shop with accurate cash ups
