JOB DESCRIPTION:

We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Restaurant manager.  
 
About you:
  • A positive and ambitious mindset
  • Self-motivation and a passion for hospitality
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in a previous high customer turnover restaurant
  • Management experience, including staff training & hygiene
Responsibilities:
 
  • Well presented with a focus on customer service
  • Food quality control
  • Stock orders
  • Restaurant cleanliness and check lists
  • Stock takes - investigate and eliminate variances
  • Staff rosters and time keeping
  • Staff training
  • Opening and closing shop with accurate cash ups
