POSITION INFO:
Duties and Requirements:

• Have had a strong track record of managerial success within the restaurant / food service / hospitality space. 
• Be in possession of suitable and relevant hospitality diploma’s / certificates. 
• Be computer literate and display strong numeracy skills. 
• Have the ability to read a basic set of monthly management accounts. 
• Have the maturity which aligns with the primary target market. 
• Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills and prepared to lead from the front. 
• Have strong knowledge and experience of both FOH and BOH operations including staff recruitment and training. 
• Be passionate about food / menu innovation.  
• Be prepared to work long hours.
