Staff Management

• Hiring, training, and scheduling staff (servers, cooks, hosts, etc.)
• Supervising daily staff performance
• Managing labor costs and shift coverage
• Handling conflicts or disciplinary actions

• Ensuring excellent customer experience
• Handling customer complaints or concerns professionally
• Monitoring service standards and implementing improvements

3. Operations Management

• Overseeing daily restaurant operations
• Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and health standards (e.g., food safety regulations)
• Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws (e.g., liquor licenses, labor laws)
