Restaurant / Banqueting Manager

Our client in the Boland is in need of a Restaurant/Banqueting Manager to join their team

Duties:

• Basic Cash-up and capture of Cash up on Spread sheet
• Restaurant Floor, the link between kitchen and floor
• Restaurant Bookings (Restaurant/ Mini Event/ Outdoor Event)
• Weekly Staff roster
• Stock takes on liquor, soft drinks – daily stock control
• Staff management – not more than 6 people
• Stock order – Bar stock on all events
• Packaging – order for special events
• Operations of events – take part and delegate equipment, furniture moving etc
• Open / Close of Restaurant – 09h00 – 17h00
• Weddings – Bar/ Waiters on floor and close of Wedding Venue
• Work very close with the event Manager
• Handle viewing appointments when Event Manager is off
• They will rotate rosters and time off
