• Transport and logistics knowledge
• Matric
• Sound verbal, written and telephonic communication skills in English
• Willingness to work irregular and extended hours if required from time-to-time
• Be punctual, flexible and available for scheduling
• Sound computer literacy TCAS, Genesys, SNOW, EVA Warranty, SABIO, RNR Web platform, RNR mobile Apps, Microsoft Office)
